OUR ORIGINAL PLAN

1. We charge you a recording fee of $127.00 (Barnstable County, Ma. add $125.00 ) plus a total fee of an amount equal to the current annual maintenance fee.

2. Upon receipt of your application and $100.00, we will send you a complete deed and transfer package within 24 hours. The $100.00 is non refundable but is credited toward the total.

OUR BUDGET PLAN

1. Our 2nd Budget Plan costs $165.00 total! We prepare a Transfer Deed and list the timeshare for 10 days starting at $9.95 on EBAY. In many cases, the timeshare will be sold. Our EBAY site has 100% Positive Feedback and is a long term Power Seller. We send you an email and link so that you can follow the Auction. If it sells, it's done and you are removed from ownership

2. If the Timeshare doesn't sell, than it obviously cannot be liquidated for less than $10.00. If you want to get rid of it, forever, we will credit the $165.00 toward our Original Plan, and will deed you out of ownership immediately!
