OUR PLAN

1. We charge you a recording fee of $127.00 (Barnstable County, Ma. add $125.00 ) plus a total fee of an amount equal to the current annual maintenance fee. Resort Transfer Fee, typically a nominal amount, to be paid by seller after Deed Recordation.

2. Upon receipt of your application and $100.00, we will send you a complete deed and transfer package within 24 hours. The $100.00 is non refundable but is credited toward the total.
