Why you MUST use Timeshare Assistance, Inc. to dispose of your timeshare

Some folks in Hawaii purchased a timeshare on Ebay from "The Auction-It-Store", a company owned by Stuart Vener. It was in the Vistana Resort.

This timeshare was donated to a Charity, Community Housing and Development Corp. and was sold by the Auction-It-Store.

The people paid $630.00. A month or so later, they called and thought it was a different Vistana property. Auction-It-Store refunded the $630.00 to them, despite the fact they had given $500.00 of it to the Charity, ie, they lost $500.00 plus recording fees.

In their frustration, they are angry at everyone. It's understandable but it proves that Management Companies must be forced to release property owners!

Vistana Resort continues to bill these good folks, and will not release them from ownership!
